Grass verge Damaged !!!

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3151215.

Very very damaged , kerb stones missing cracked broken this water damage , sunken kerb slabs which is an entrance to a drive way this causes minimal access to the property full of water and mud stones which then causes mess to his property and what it needs is to be dug out re layed and tarmacked so that water can drain away Customer is willing to mend this but needs authorising , will go ahead and will re tarmacking , slabs opposed to grass , will do so if no one gets back in contact has report on several occasions ref 3110565 has also tried Oliver Sheilby but no answer has also spoken to further officers but has not had any action taken sent countless of emails and filled fixed my street reports starting last year
