Tree over grown

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 14:10, Tue 30 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3151691.

I have a tree outside my house, it is well over grown and is causing problems with the telephone wire and over hangs my garden by many metres now. It makes a mess of my garden when the leaves fall and when reported to the council I get told that staff shortage is a problem and have made many calls over the last few years. It’s becoming a problem now and even the neighbour has took it upon himself to chop a branch down which I thought we weren’t allowed to do! Please could someone do something about it. The issues have gone on for too long now.
