Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3152147.
It is now almost one year since the wall collapsed with the resultant ‘temporary’ narrowing. Nobody is checking the situation. Priority signs are frequently down. Cars are meeting in the middle of the narrow section, causing irritation and danger. My car parked on our drive is in danger of being hit by oncoming cars. One of the lit safety bollards on the blocks was knocked off and buried under a heavy branch from the manor garden during the Gale. No one has bothered to put it back. Who is responsible?

The traffic management here is related to the damaged wall and is the responsibility of the property owner and their contractor. It is therefore outside our control although we are working with them to carry out other work to help facilitate completion of the repairs.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
