Drain on the bridge over a45 queen eleanor roundabout is flooding

When it is raining the right lane of Queen eleanor roundabout trafic lights - at junction of a45 slip road (as you head towards wootton from town) gets flooded. See photos above. Causing cars to come into left lane to avoid the water or aqua slide on the water. Needs extra drains or strategy to remove excessive rain water.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the gullies on this section of the A45; specifically that you feel there are drains blocked in the area. We have visited the location and no issues with gullies at this location. The gullies will next be cleansed on the next routine cyclical programme.
