Please install a grit bin

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3155574.

The estate sits on a hill and the road exits directly onto the busy Ashby Road. As the road surface is block pavers it becomes an ice rink in cold weather, and is difficult to stop a car at the bottom before entering Ashby Road. There is no grit bin but one is desperately needed to assist residents. Thank you

  • New grit bin requests are assessed between May and October for the following winter season, This request will be assessed against the current criteria for grit bin placements for winter 2022-2023.
