Large, deep pothole on southbound side of passing place
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 09:57, Sat 4 December 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3159308.
This road is a busy, heavily used cut-through route and is single track with passing places. A photo is not possible therefore as there is no stopping. The pothole in question is on the Z bend, southbound side and headlights do not pick it up in the dark. It is large enough to partially admit my 19” wheel causing a significant jolt to the wheel and suspension, even at low speeds when passing another vehicle. I don’t know how long it has been there.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
