Signs - Chevrons - Verge markers

Reported via desktop in the Damaged / Missing / Facing Wrong Way category anonymously at 09:11, Mon 6 December 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3161879.

I have raised this issue before (6+ months ago) and have seen very little evidence of resolution. Signs - Chevrons - Verge Markers are either missing, damaged, dirty, facing wrong way. Speed limits that were sprayed over whilst debacle of road surface dressing earlier this year not removed. Please can an audit be carried out of all signage from Brackley to Middleton Cheney along B422 via Farthinghoe. Evidence last week of a vehicle leaving the road (close to Farthinghoe Recycling Centre). Will it take a serious accident to resolve this issue. Appreciate that resources may be limited but this road is seeing increased levels of traffic as Brackley grows and motorists use to avoid M40.
