No 21 is still living upstairs after last year. No 25 has just moved back in at al 40 the water came to window height. The drains are not taking any water away. So far this year they have not been cleaned. The drains at no 40 and across the street are completely blocked. Needs urgent attention as they have received a flood warning in this area.
