On pavement outside Medlar House

Reported via Android in the Blocked/Damaged category by David Smith at 17:43, Wed 8 December 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3168084.

After being informed that drains had been unblocked at the crossroads, I expected the same of this drain on the pavement, outside Medlar House. This keeps getting overlooked, but will be lethal if it freezes, as it's on the path that approaches the church.
