Badly damaged drain cover causing a trip hazard

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3169759.
This drain cover has been repaired recently however this has now broken up really badly, and has already caused a fall.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. There is no flooding occurring on the highway. This rainwater channel on the footway is not an adopted highway asset. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the adjoining landowner to carry out any remedial works. Apologies that we are unable to assist further.
