Bus stop post never replaced after 9 months

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3170140.

In March 2021 I reported bus stop post leaning. It was removed as it was at dangerous. IT HAS NEVER BEEN REPLACED BUT IS STILL MARKED ON YOUR MAP AS BEING AN ACTUAL Bus Stop. PLEASE REPLACE IT. Contractors may be in the area (Martins Lane NN46DL) to replace a concrete lamp column. Knocked down about midnight 8th Dec. could both be done together Name: Seymour House / o/s Street: NEWPORT PAGNELL ROAD Type: Marked Naptan Code: nthajpmd Stop Infrastructure: TRUEFORM Shelter Type: UNKNOWN Shelter Manufacturer: UNKNOWN Shelter Owner: NONE

  • Dear Pam. Thank you for reporting this. I have now added the Bus Stop Pole to be replaced onto our maintenance list. I apologies that this work hasn’t been carried out before. Unfortunately lamp columns are maintained by a different contractor so they can’t be done together. Yours sincerely, David Chambers
