Diversion sign needs picking up

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3176410.

There is a diversion sign abandoned on the footpath, its been here for over a month, over the road from the hairdresser. I am a wheelchair user and this keeps blocking my path.
