Shrubs so overgrown

Overgrown shrubs so bad that the path has been swallowed by them! Having to walk on verge in mud!!

  • This has still not been resolved and the path is very slippery to the point, we are walking in the road to avoid slipping over. It is dark from 4pm and at 7.30am so please, can this be dealt with or there may well be am accident. Thank you

    Still massively overgrown, grass verge is sloppy next to a busy road which is dangerous in the winter. Not that we should be forced to use the grass verge anyway. I’ve been taking this route over 6 months and the issue has seen no change.

  • This has been scraped back but still very drippy and the path is incredibly narrow. This needs to be cleared back properly and cut back the hedges. Walking on the road is dangerous at the best of times but in the dark even worse. There will be an accident if this is not dealt with

  • Thank you for your enquiry, concerning overgrown vegetation in this area. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to locate the private landowner who is responsible for the vegetation, so we have issued for it to be attended to within the next month. Please be assured you will receive an update once the work is complete.
