Overgrown hedge

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3199961.

The hedge on the boundary of 39 Cartwright Crescent onto the footpath of Pavilions Way is very overgrown and is encroaching on the footpath and reducing its width by approximately half. The hedge needs to be significantly cut back.
