Overgrown boundary encroaching on footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3200101.

The boundary of 1 Avenue Barnard on to the footpath of Martial Daire Boulevard is overgrown and overhanging the footpath causing the narrowing of the footpath and a dangerous overhanging hazard (hazardous to eyes)
