Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3200268.

The road one side is completely flooded. This is an ongoing problem on this road. It needs addressing before there is a serious accident. Possibly bring back the gullies that were preciously on that stretch of grass. They seemed to work, whereas the drains fitted definitely do not!
