The footpath has been obstructed by drilling pips some which have sharp edges. If you have any mobility issues you would not be able to use footpath.

An inspection of the area has been requested which should take place by end of w/c 04/01. Action to be taken depending on the outcome.

An inspection of the area today revealed no pipes or palettes within the adopted highway.

Walked along FOOTPATH !!!!!!! today still obstructed by pipes . Latest update said highway not obstructed it’s not the highway but the footpath which comes from it .
