• Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the drainage on Greenway. We are happy to confirm that we have requested a CCTV survey take place in this location to determine the cause of the issue. We will endeavour to update this report with any action we will take, once the investigation has been completed.

• This is becoming such a laborious task, due to the length of time this has been an issue and lack of interest from the council. The road drainage system is constantly blocked, the leak has now found a new route and is actually now escaping up from the side of the road next to the kerb, you wasted money fixing the road and pavement due to the damage this leak has caused but never fixed the issue that was causing it..footpath damaged has started again(the work you done is already sinking and forming holes in footpath). There is always running water outside number 12 as the water is escaping through the ground. When is this going to be fixed, this has now been going on for over a year with damage to road and pavement due to lack of movement from your side to get this resolved?
