Dangerous 8 inch sunken verges

The verges on either side of morse way get driven over when people park on verges and when trying to move out the way of busses and lorry’s coming up and down the roads. This has been like it for 3 years atleast but it’s getting worse and causing debris on the road and pathways. I think these verges should be tarmac which would be safer for cars and pedestrians
