There is a significant drop in the pavement

As can been seen there is a considerable drop in the pavement, yesterday this unfortunately caught my 83 year old father out and he fell into the grass and bramble and was there for 20 mins before able to raise the alarm

We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the footpath in this area; specifically, that you feel that the surface is in poor condition and is damaged.
