No footpath to bus stop

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 16:56, Tue 11 January 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3233261.

There is no footpath to the bus stop on Ladybridge Drive. People, including children who use the stop for school buses, have to walk on the road to access the bus stop as the grass verge is either overgrown with vegetation or too muddy & slippy to walk on. This area constantly remains a danger to people who need to access the bus stop and is a accident waiting to happen. Please install a suitable path, a shelter or remove this "temporary" bus stop, which has been in service for over 6 years.

  • Dear Robert. I have arranged for any overground vegetation to be removed but unfortunately we haven’t got the budget to install a footpath at this time. Yours sincerely, David Chambers
