Trees on this road is hanging over a lot and when large cars or vans drive down it it is scratching them, not sure if this is your department but this also needs looking at. I can send pictures if you need them.

  • This isn’t the main issue and only half of my email. The trees was just an extra issue. The main concern is the dirty road, mud leaves horse Poo, plus more, not sure why you only have half my email but I’ll attach the picture and this time we might resolve the correct problem. Thanks

Only allows my to attach 3 pictures, I do have more plus the tree issue

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of an overhanging tree. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back within the next 14 days.
