Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3239682.

Bollard has been struck and is damaged and has caused the pavement to heave. Bollard is almost lying flat and path towards the front door is all broken and raised. Outside 49 Addington Road, Irthlingborough, North Northants.
