Hedges and trees blocking path & street lighting

The hedges to the rear of Beech Drive constantly block the single 5' wide path alongside Halse Road. The council hasn't properly cut these for over a year. If that is the expectation, then all must be cut back at least 60cm behind back of path. Street lighting is single sided, so trees need extreme cutting back to enable the path to be lit. Essential immediate work. MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE 31/3/22
