Deep holes in grass verge
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3245458.
Where vehicles have been using the grass verge to park when dropping children off at school it has left deep holes which go under the kerb line. Large lumps of brick and wood have also been used to free vehicles when they have been stuck in the mud causing loose debris of bricks and wood to be abandoned. Although the verge is now a strip of mud, vehicles still persistently park there but have no control over their vehicles, sliding sideways either towards pedestrians or other road users. Lumps of brick and wood lay between the road gutter and verge potentially causing a hazard for both pedestrians and road users alike. The verge in question is on the junction of Latimer Road and Rowlett Road
