No disabled access

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 15:23, Monday 17 January 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3247235.

At the end of the path there is no disabled access, the only way to access pavement is to navigate over churned up grass / mud. There needs to be a dropped kerb on both sides of the road to allow access for disabled residents.
