Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3249747.
This section of footpath , all of which is adjacent to a row of conifers needs to be cut back immediately. They have grown out of control , so much so that they are taking up over 50% of the public footpath.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We are currently awaiting confirmation of ownership of the trees. Once this is received, a further update will be given. We hope to update you within the next 10 working days.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation here. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back within the next 14 days.
