I have noted that you may wish to claim for damages to your property. Therefore, to expedite this matter further, we kindly advise that you would need to contact you household insurer, as we don’t undertake survey works to discount interference from a highway asset such as a tree. Should your insurers wish to contact our insurers, this can be done via any claim against Northamptonshire Highways for damages as a potential result of this issue.
