Unsuitable gates for bridleway from Arbury Hill to Hellidon/Catesby for riders

Reported via desktop in the Gate - Damaged/ Missing category anonymously at 09:54, Thu 20 January 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3253952.

Unsuitable gates for a bridleway - previously reported under PEM: 2462860.

On this bridleway there are numerous gates on the stretch from Arbury Hill to the Hellidon/Catesby road which are a hazard for riders. On some the catches are very low while on the one adjacent to the old Central Railway line, it is necessary for the horse/pony to jump the bottom bar! As far as I am aware, this has been a problem since Spring 2020. Gates were due to be replaced in August 2021 but nothing has been done. Issue still unresolved but PEM has been closed down. Customer would like update on what is happening and when will this be fixed?
