The cover moves up and down by about 75mm and very very noisy,, been a problem getting worse for near on two months or more

    Manhole cover pivotingand sticking up above road (well it was until a truck just ran over it.) still dangerous as cars swerving to avoid. I see from other reports this dangerous cover has been reported for many weeks now! Serious accident waiting to happen before something finally gets done? (on crossing o/s no 110 bants lane)
