Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3265190.

This is a storm Drain that has been blocked for a long time when the drains are cleaned this one always gets missed it is at the bottom of Cowley road daventry nn119as under street light no 6 on the right at the bottom
