Damaged Manhole cover and Safety Bollards

A recent crash has resulted in the reflective bollards on this sharp corner being destroyed and a man hole cover for the main water supply has been smashed and is currently very dangerous as someone could easily break their ankle/foot/leg as this area is frequently used by residents and people taking dogs for walks etc. There have been repeated accidents here with people driving too fast and with the increased traffic expected from the new development some more serious traffic calming should be put in place on this corner
