How can these works not be the responsibility of the highway authority you issue the permits and it’s your responsibility to monitor the works, so what you are saying is they cause the damage and the tax payer pays for the repairs needed at a later date can you confirm who is responsible so l can take it further

Thanks for your patience. following your meeting with our inspector and contractor, a review of all the works in the area will be completed. some of the remedial works have already been issued. this area will be monitored and remedial works checked. thanks for your enquiry.
