• Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. Please accept our apologies in responding to this matter. This report has been missed due to administrative error. We have liaised with our Winter Maintenance team, responsible for overseeing such matters within Northamptonshire Highways, in order to discuss this further. They have advised that we would have not treated that area this season, as our threshold for treated footpaths in Daevntry is limited to High Street, Bowen Square, Sheaf Street and New Street, as we have to adequately control and monitor our resources. Unfortunately, Northamptonshire Highways do not have any enforcement powers in terms of improper parking.
