Multiple potholes from the River Tove to Yardley Road
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:52, Thu 27 January 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3271677.
There are multiple, deep potholes stretching along Station Road from the River Tove to Yardley Road. It is particularly difficult driving towards the Yardley Road but more now appearing on the other side heading back towards Castlethorpe. It's a case of hitting potholes or hitting oncoming traffic.I have now had damage to both front shock absorbers; both of which occurred in the last 2 months; this has become very costly. There has been a huge increase in building site traffic along this small road due to the new estates in Hanslope; this continues. I could avoid using this road but that would be costly in time and extra fuel needed. Present for 6 months or more.
