Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3286782.
There is overgrown shrubbery outside of 35 Oliver St, Northampton NN2 7JH. This is now nearly blocking all of the footpath and there is no access for wheelchair users or people with push chairs. Despite numerous complaints this has still not been dealt with and the issue is now dangerous. I would hope this issue can be resolved as a matter of urgency so that further action doesn't have to be taken

Thank you for your enquiry, concerning overgrown vegetation in this area. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Unfortunately it is therefore the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the landowner requesting that the vegetation is cut back within the next two weeks. We will endeavour to revisit the site following the two weeks’ notice period.
