Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 14:41, Friday 4 February 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3289781.

Bark and berries from what we believe is the Yew Tree on Violet Lane are falling in to the preschool grounds. These are poisonous if ingested. The tree is also leaning dangerously on the shed within preschool grounds.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. As this is a conservation area, there is a legal requirement to get permission to undertake tree works. Until we get this permission to know what work is allowed, we can't give any time scale of when work will be done. However, we will endeavour to update you within the next coming months as soon as we know anything.
