Blocked Drain

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3322049.

This has been reported several times. The Drain as you turn right into Bradby Road is overflowing again and flowing down the road. Caller worried this may freeze in the ice and also that it is a potential health hazard to children regarding germs etc and if they fall in the ice
