Previously reported, updated 21/2 saying it has been cut back, photo added taken today 21/2 and although it has been cut back it hasn’t been cut back enough. Still overhanging path and cars park on pavement so you have to walk closest to bushes.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation here. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back more within the next 14 days.

24/06 A further site visit has been carried out and the vegetation has not been cut back. Another letter has been sent and a further site visit will take place week commencing 11/07
