Trees - are they healthy

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3337281.

There are 3 large trees right opposite my property. 2 of them are covered in ivy which I understand can damage the health of a tree. Branches frequently come down. I am concerned that these trees may not be healthy. If they came down in a storm they would hit my property.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the tree in this location. We can confirm that a site visit has been undertaken to determine which tree requires attention. Subsequently, we are pleased to advise that a tree report will be carried out by our specialist arboriculturist contractor. Any recommended tree works identified in the report will be programmed to be carried out; this should be concluded within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
