Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3353460.
This culvert is now much worse than when I reported it in January. The photos don't really give the full extent of the hole under the tarmac. An HGV would collapse the edge of the road

The marshalls who arranged a cycle race over the weekend moved the traffic lights on the Cotterstock Road at this location and they did NOT replace them into position. This needs urgently addressing.

The traffic lights between Glapthorn and Cotterstock where the Culvert has collapsed are not working. People are having to go even when the lights are red because they do not change. This will cause an accident. No work has been done and the lights have already been up weeks. If the work is not being done yet they should move the lights.

Temporary traffic lights have been there 6 months. No work has been done in that time. Presume they are now a permanent fixture, in which case, they need fixing as lights are not working. Here’s a thought, why not fix the problem?
