Deep pot hole on the side of the road where you have to drive due to cars parked on the other side of the road Could damage alloys on low profile tyres

Hello

I’m trying to get in contact with someone regarding this tree. I’m about to put a drop kerb in front of this house. The tree roots are pushing up the footpath really badly. I was wondering if I could get it removed as I don’t want to tidy everything up only for the roots to make a mess of it all again.
