Pot holes of various widths and depths are all over the road

The surface of Stornoway Road from Shetland Way to Barra Walk , has deteriorated since the properties in Barra Walk and Stornoway Road were built - this road gets repaired with splats of tarmac and this does not last long and causes further deterioration. Can this road be properly resurfaced ,

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of this section of road. We are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within five months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

It is now the 7/11/2022 the road is still very much the same as when reported in March of this year. A couple of the deeper pot holes have been filled but more potholes are appearing further along form the original photographs - the message said work would be carried out in 13 weeks - can you please send me an update as the road surface is getting worse. Reference number ref: 3375047.March 2022
