Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3389692.

The driver of the vehicle which is stopping traffic at the bridge works has had his engine running both yesterday and today. Leaving an engine running , particularly for long periods, as he is, is damaging to the environment, also in advisable, given the current concerns about diesel costs and shortages . When challenged, he said he is cold but was sitting with his window wide open.
