Stile has broken and no gap for dogs to get through

Reported via mobile in the Stile-Damaged/Missing category anonymously at 14:50, Tuesday 15 March 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3390038.

The stile has rotted so it is hard to climb over the fence. It has been like this for well over a year. Also there is no gap for dogs to get through. If you have a big dog that is unable to jump the height of the fence and you cannot lift it then it precludes you from using this footpath.

  • Thank you for your enquiry, Site visited. Works have been instructed for a new stile to be installed. Unfortunately the land owner doesn't have to leave a gap for dogs in the stile however they may take this on board when installing the new stile. Referance def275530.
