Over hanging tree and damage to fence from previous fallen tree

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 16:28, Monday 21 March 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3405521.

Tree came down across front drive 2 years ago. I had reported concerns over this multiple times. Knocked fence down and fence has never been repaired, this has now worsened. Main issue is another tree outside my back fence. Large branch overhangs. In recent storm, tree was rocking dangerously, same as the one that came down. The overhanging branch creates copious amounts of bird mess, which is a major hazzard for my 83 yr old aunt, who slipped on it 2 days ago. The tree and the overhanging branch are a danger. Previous overhanging branches have been removed but this one is over 2 metres high. I would appreciate a review of both this and the fence. Thank you
