Breakown of the path surface to the drop kerb at 12 St Leonards Close KETTERING NN15 5HY

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3474107.

The path edge has degenerated across to the drop kerb and road. the surface is broken up and dangerous. as i have multiple sclerosis and a sympton is difficulty walking and balance, i experience great difficulty with this hazardous surface. this has gradually deteriorated over five years and is now dangerous. prompt action would be appreciated.
