Footpath partially blocked by overgrown vegetation

The footpath at the side of the A43 at the section in between the run down to the underpass and the junction of the A43/Wilford Ave is partially blocked. There is overgrown vergentration blocking almost 3/4 of the footpath. No maintenance has been performed on this vegetation as far as I can recall (at least a decade). This section is barely useable on a bicycle and the thorns from the overgrown blackberries lie in the path and have caused several recent punctures
