Pavement blocked by builders

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3496132.

The path outside number 158 Loyd Road is completely blocked off by workmen who are putting a new roof on , they have not allowed safe passage for pedestrians , having put two large vehicles on the adjoining road , its dangerous for pedestrians
