Fence falling into Public right of way

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3520901.

Fence is collapsing in to the footpath and is dangerous in the dark - neighbour says it has been like this for 8-12 weeks.

  • 14/06 The fallen part of the fence is now within the owners property and not laying on the public highway and the rest of the fence is safe. This report will now be closed
